Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females diagnosed with cyclic mastalgia in the age group of 20-40 years with regular menstrual cycles Cyclic Mastalgia - is characterized by breast pain and tenderness . which occurs before the onset of menstruation and subsides after the end of the menstrual period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain arising from chest wall Pregnancy Irregular Menstrual cycles Women on hormonal therapy Breast pain associated with lump Diagnosed case of breast cancer Psychiatric disorders Cardiovascular diseases.

International Physical Activity Questionaire (IPAQ) comprises a set of 4 questionnaires will be distributed to assess Physical activity done during the past 7 days for the subjects.
