Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with B.M.I between 25 to 39.9. Patients between the age of 18-44 irrespective of their gender and religion. Patients giving written consent for the study. Patients with sedentary lifestyle or less physically active.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with BMI >40. Obesity due to any hormonal imbalances. If Any comorbidity present along with obesity Pregnant & lactating women Patients having any other medication for obesity. If any psychiatric illness present.
