Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health care providers of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, India.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participating health care providers having less than 6-months of work experience from Kasturba hospital, Manipal, will be excluded from this study.

Improvement in the knowledge, attitude and practices about culture investigation among health care providers.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 weeks, and 14 weeks.

Culture utilization rates, duration of hospitalization, antibiotic use metrics such as duration of therapy and length of therapy.Timepoint: 3 years
