Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Healthy individuals with more than one year employment with existing organization 2)Individuals with knowledge of English and Hindi 3)Between age group of 21 to 44 years 4)Currently no practice of any meditation or yoga modules 5)Neurological illness as assessed by GHQ questionnaire 6)Perceived stress as assessed by PSS (Perceived Stress Scale) questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)MR and Neuroimaging incompatibility 2)Prior experience with spirituality practice 3)History of neurological or psychiatric disease 4)Previous or current use of substances or any psychoactive medications 5)Individuals undergoing any other wellness strategy and those who have habit of smoking or alcohol or substance abuse
