Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of either sex between 40 to 70 years 2) patients with symptoms of Sandhigat Vata (osteoarthritis of Knee joint unilateral and bilateral) 3) patients fit for Matra Basti, 4) patients in the range of 18.5 to 30 on BMI scale, 5) patients willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from uncontrolled systemic disorders such as 1) heart issues 2) Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, 3) Uncontrolled Hypertension, 4) Paralysis, 5) Malignancy, 6) HBsAg, 7) Leprosy, 8) pregnant and lactating women.
