Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2 Patients irrespective of caste, Religion, Economical status, sex. 3 Shoulder pain for at least 3 month and less than 12-month duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 All Pregnant/lactating women. 2 HIV, HBsAg reactive patients. 3Patients suffering from major trauma, having dislocation or fracture at the shoulder region finding in plane radiograph. 4 Patient Contraindicated for Agnikarma. 5 Patients who need other emergency interventions like Surgery. 6 Patient suffering from any major systemic disorders e.g. Uncontrolled DM, HTN, IHD, and Rheumatoid Arthritis, 7 Those patients who are regularly taking and dependent on some specific medicines like anticoagulant (Blood thinners). AntiPlatelet medicines, Immunosuppressive medicines.
