Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
By modification of the technique of regional anesthesia, to see if we could reduce the volume of local needed from 30 ml to 25 mlTimepoint: Sensory and motor blockade at all dermatomal levels will be assessed in the upper limb at 5 minutes interval till complete sensory and motor block occurs or for a maximum of 30 minutes. The block isconsidered failed if it does not work in 30 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare onset of block and duration of analgesiaTimepoint: Time for both the above
