Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with age between 20 to 50 years of either gender. BMI 18.5 to 25. Participants who are able to do vajrasana for 3 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: person with diagnosed dysglycemia diabetes mellitus cardiovascular disease cancer diseases of digestive disease or any other severe disease. Pregnant and lactating women.
