Intervention1: Blowing of Shankh: Blow shankh daily for specific tome period Intervention2: Blowing of Shankh: Participants need to practice blowing at home for at least 15 minutes, five days per week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 19 and 65 years of age presenting with self-reported snoring and daytime sleepiness with a recent diagnosis of moderate OSAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe symptoms of OSAS, patient opting for mandibular advancement device or surgery, hypothyroidism, significant cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic disease; previous stroke, neuromuscular or psychiatric disease, craniofacial malformations or severe obstructive nasal disease, use of drugs that act on central nervous system, current or planned intervention for weight reduction, body mass index (BMI) 35 kg/m2 or greater.
