Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals of both sexes who comes under the age group of 21 - 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Person suffering from any joint disorders, neurological deficits. ii) Any congenital or acquired bone marrow disease. iii) Person having any type of co-morbid illness like hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorder, cardiovascular disease etc.

Assessment of Majja Dhatu Sara using CDAC pro forma with various Daihik Prakritis which will be assessed by CCRAS Prakriti pro forma via cross-sectional method.Timepoint: Outcome of the study will be assessed within a period of 18 months.
