Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years Body Mass index >30 Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of diabetes mellitus Asthma, bronchitis, Empysema, COPD Acute infections and advanced end-organ damage History of pancreatitis On any medication within last one month which could potentially influence insulin secretion, insulin sensitivity, alpha and beta blockers, short acting bronchodilators, anticholonergic, theophyllines. Pregnancy and lactation at the time of study. Severe end organ damage or chronic diseases: renal/ hepatic failure, any malignancy, nephrotic syndrome, malabsorption etc.

Changes in lung function, perceived exertion and quality of life measured through PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), 6-minute walk test, Chest expansion (in cms), VO2 max, Borg scale of rate of perceived exertion, Quality of life questionnaire (SF-36), muscle endurance testing.Timepoint: THREE TIME
