Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Satisfying The Diagnostic Criteria Of Psoriasis b) Stress As Per ISMA, PLSI stress questionnaire (ISMA >5) (PLSI >10) c) Age Group Between 18 To 55 d) Irrespective Of Gender, Religion And Economic status e)Those providing written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Severe psoriasis (PASI > 10) b) Lactating and pregnant women c) Diagnosed cases of hepatic/ renal dysfunction, CAD, carcinoma. d) Those on psychiatric medications e) Psoriatic complications-Arthritis, Secondary infection, Tumor formation
