Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age â?? 13-19 years unmarried girls. 2.Patients with irregular or prolonged cycle & excessive bleeding per vagina during Menstruation 3.Polymenorrhagia. 4.Intermenstrual bleeding (Anruta Artava-Chakradatta ) 5.Patients with Vataj asrugdar lakshnaâ??s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/H/O Endocrinal Disorder like Hypo or Hyperthyroidism, PCOS . 2. K/H/O Bleeding Dyscrasias 3. K/H/O Structural Abnormality in Genital Organ. 4.Married Female. 6.Juvenile DM. 7.Patients with Pittaj and Kaphaj asrugdar lakshnaâ??s.

Decrease the symptoms using ashoka valkala granules with cow milk in Asrugdar w.s.r to Puberty MenorrhagiaTimepoint: 4 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To reduce duration & amount of bleeding. 2.To assess improvement by parameters like PBAC. 3.To study the etio-pathology of asrugdar & puberty menorrhagia in detail. 4.To achieve the out-come of study in 120 days. Timepoint: 4 months
