Inclusion criteria: 1. For the group of preschool or underfive children: a. Children 9 months or older AND (either b. Informed consent given by both parents 2. For the group of school children: a. Children aged 6-11 years b. Residing in goitre endemic areas c. Informed consent by parents d. Assent by the participating child 3. For the group of pregnant women: a. Pregnant women registered at the study center b. Informed written consent
