Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Age 40-65 Yrs. o Patients with Metabolic syndrome according to NCEP ATP3 Criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age 65yrs. 2) With associated heart disease or other secondary complications.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in following criteria which are base for diagnosis of Metabolic Disorder: Central obesity: Waist circumference = 102 cm or 40 inches (male), = 88 cm or 35 inches(female) TG = 1.7 mmol/L (150 mg/dl) HDL-C 40 mg/dL (male), 50 mg/dL (female) Blood pressure = 130/85 mmHg (or treated for hypertension) Fasting plasma glucose = 6.1 mmol/L (110 mg/dl)Timepoint: At the end of 30 days, 60 days and 90 Days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Quality of life: Based on the signs & symptoms reported by the patients before and after treatment, relief in mental & physical health will be accessed on the basis of grading developed for these clinical factors and it will be followed by statistical analysis.Timepoint: At the end of 1st Month, 2nd Month and 3rd Month.
