Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients age between 18-60yrs. ? Patients diagnosed with Type -2 DM. Along with Sarcopenic ? Hand grip strength Men ? Appendicular skeletal muscle mass/height2: Men ? SPPB=8 (The maximum score on the SPPB is:12) ? 4-minute gait speed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient with concomitant severe heart, liver or renal diseases. ? Pregnancy and Lactation, and any physical deformity or loss of extremity. ? HIV, HbsAg and HCV positive patients.
