Interventions

Intervention1: 38 % Silver Diamine Fluoride: 38 % Silver Diamine Fluoride will be applied once on carious lesion topically after proper isolation with microbrush. Application time will take 30 seconds

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Co-operative children who allow dental examination. 2. Children with cavitated lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose caretaker/guardian/parents will not give consent. 2. Children with spontaneous or elicited pain from caries. 3. Mobile Tooth. 4. Children with known allergy to dental materials (silver) 5. Cavitated lesion involving pulp on clinical examination
