Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral involvement if bilateral, more symptomatic area will be taken According to American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria, every individual who will have rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases mainly osteoarthritis or rheumatic arthritis. Pain lasted at least 6 months with intensity at least 3 on VAS scale in activities Inflammatory symptoms must be present Willingness of participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other traumatic musculoskeletal abnormality Hearing or visual or perceptual or sensory deficit History of acute traumatic injuries and deficits History of previous surgery or injury Lack of neuromuscular disease Abnormal mental state Participating in sports programs and physical therapy in the recent 3 months History of intra-articular injection in the past 6 months
