Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with BPAD diagnosed according to ICD 11 criteria 2. Age between 18 to 60 years 3. Admitted in psychiatric ward 4. Admitted along with their caregivers 5. Able to understand Hindi or English language 6. Have been residing with family members/caregivers 7. Have access to mobile phone 8. Have been residing within 15 kms radius from jodhpur

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Participants who are unable to give consent due to cognition impairment. •Participants with Co-morbid addiction to psychoactive substance (except tobacco) will be assessed using ASSIST screening test, score >3 will be excluded
