Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: periodontitis- stage 2 or stage 3(as per AAP 2017 Classification) probing depth 5 to 8 mm site with horizontal bone defect as seen in digital radiographs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic diseases patient with history of any drug allergy patients who have received periodontal therapy 6 month prior to the study. pregnant and lactating mothers smokers, alcoholics and drug abusers,
