Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age 18 to 60 years 2. On the basis of classical symtom of Katigrah will be selected . 3. Patients will be selected irrespective of their gender,religion,occupation,marital status etc. 4. katigrah disease which is not more than one year old. 5. Patient, who is willing for follow pathya aahara and yogasana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients age less than 18 and more than 60. 2. Katigraha disease which is more than one year old.. 3. Patients suffering from spine releted disease,spinal injury,congenital deformity,bone tuberculosis,and any other complicated systemic disease. 4. patients suffering from disease like vrikka vridadhi(renal abcess),vataj jwara,kshatkshin, in which katigraha occurs as a symtom. 5. patient restricted in special aasana. 6. patient not willing for the study.
