Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group A New diagnosed patients total cholesterol -above-200mg/dl s.triglycride-above-160mg/dl BMI-Above25 Group B New diagnosed patients total cholesterol -below-200mg/dl s.triglycride-below-160mg/dl BMI-below25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AGE-more than 60 year less than 30 year Any major illness like maglignancy,serious cardiac problem like IHD,MI,Hypothyroididsm,pregnancy,HIV,Autoimmune disease and uncontrolled DM Drug induced hyperlipidaemia .eg Glucocorticoid ,diuretics.
