Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH GLYCATED HAEMOGLOBIN LEVEL MORE THAN 6.5 AS PER ADA criteria 2021 PATIENTS IN THE AGE GROUP 18 TO 59 YEARS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary causes of hyperglycemia such as pregnancy, pharmacotherapy such as corticosteroid therapies Patients who are critically ill and with severe complications like Neuropathy Retinopathy Foot ulcer and other complications of Diabetes and Bedridden patients Patients with Diabetes type 1 Patients on Insulin Therapy Lactating females and those who are planning pregnancy Patient with any psychiatric disorder
