Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients whose age is more than 18 years with recalcitrant keloid of size between 1mm to 5 cm who have undergone treatment for at least one year and last treatment should have been received before 3 months Only one or two lesions should be included in that patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recalcitrant keloids present in the face. 2. All pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patients treated within 3 months

MeasureTime frame
To determine the percent change in the thickness of the recalcitrant keloid every 2 months till 6 months post one day patch therapy for 3 hours.Timepoint: 2 Years

MeasureTime frame
To determine the symptomatic relief post therapy.Timepoint: 2 Years
