Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sign and symptoms of janusandhigata vata pain,swellin,stiffness, restricted movement of knee joint. Patients diagnosed by x ray to have osteoarthritis of knee joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from any other co morbid clinical conditions along with osteoarthritis like osteoporosis metastasis in the bones etc. Patients having previous history of arthroscopy and or knee joint surgeries.

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome will be relief in signs and symptoms and VAS for pain assesssment will be done with the help of changes in gradation of the sign and symptoms of (osteoarthritis of knee joint ) janu sandhigata vata. WOMAC scale for the assessment of osteoarthritis will also be used for the assessment.Timepoint: 15 DAYS
