Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- All the genders under the age group 18-25 years, who are willing to participate 2- Silfverskiold test positive 3- Active knee extens test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Inquiry to the ankle in the past six months. 2- History of injury to hamstring muscles in the past six months. 3- individuals with whiplash injury 4- Those who have symptoms of disc herniation 5- Those who had neck and back surgery or indicated for surgery
