Intervention1: Long pulse Ndyag laser: Long pulsed Nd: YAG laser 1064 nm at fluence of 35 J/cm2, 35ms pulse duration, 4mm spot size and frequency of 1-2 Hz. All 5 nails in each extremity will be irrad

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18â??65 years of age Typical onychomycosis-related symptoms Tested positive on direct microscopy examination or Fungal culture Patients consenting for laser

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other concomitant nail diseases such as nail-plate psoriasis, lichen planus, or atopic dermatitis, subungual hematoma or nevoid formation History of photosensitive disorders. Pregnant and lactating female. Patients with unrealistic expectations. Patient not willing for laser.
