Intervention1: Polyherbal unani formulation(majun) for oral admininistration and tila for local application,: 1 teaspoon (approximately 7 grams) of Majon twice a day with warm water for 28 days

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients 18 years and above 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of erectile dysfunction (ED). 3. Patients with SHIMS score 8-21 (i.e. mild and moderate cases), 4. Patients should be in a stable relationship for at-least past 3 months 5. Sexually active by one of the following:intercourse/Caressing/foreplay / masturbation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 years of age 2. Patients with SHIMS score 21 3. K/c/o urinary tract infection or prostatitis, history of prostectomy and other systemic diseases. 4. Patients with history of alcoholic and drug abuse, and 5. Patients on treatment of ED with PDE5-I and PGE1 for last three months.
