Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.American society of anesthesiologists physical status 1 and 2 female patients posted for elective laparoscopic hysterectomy 2.Patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anaesthesia. 3.Aged between 20 and 60 years 4.Valid informed/explained consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusing to participate in the study. 2.Patient with history of chronic pain. 3.Patient with renal, hepatic or cardiac diseases. 4.Patients on opioids ,MAO inhibitors, benzoodiazipines or steroids. 5.History of alcohol or substance abuse.
