Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having signs & symptoms of Amavata(Rheumatoid arthritis) with fulfilling Diagnostic criteria. Patients fulfilling criteria of ACR. Patient fit and willing for and Basti Karma in respective group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of disease like AIDS, TB, STD, uncontrolled DM, Heart diseases & other systemic disorders which may lead the patient to fatal condition. Pregnant/lactating women. Patient not fit for Basti Karma in respective group.

Result will be assessed on the basis of Amavata and objective criteria sign and symptoms Angamarda,Aruchi,Trishna,Alasya, Jwara, Apaka.Timepoint: 8 week
