Inclusion criteria: individuals residing in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people belonging to communities other than Marwari group, Such as marathi, gujarati etc.

The study can give an idea of dietary patterns of people of Marwari community with comparison between traditional Thali and one meal concept. Thus through the study we can interpret the results and compare the dietary patterns of the people consuming traditional meals or one meal in order to study deviation of changing trends in diet. Timepoint: 4 weeks

We can also conclude about the healthier aspects of the traditional diet and compare the overall health aspect of Marwari community and look at the chances of occurrence of NCDs.Timepoint: 4 months
