Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurses who are directly involved in the care of oncology patients. 2) Nurses who are employed at the hospital at least 6 months in the oncology department 3) Nurses who are qualified as GNM, PPBsC, BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in Nursing and registered in respective nursing councils
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Nurses who are planning for maternity leave, sick leave, and sabbatical leave 2) Nurses who are diagnosed with medical/psychiatric illness 3) Nurses who are working as a trainee 4) Nurses who are confirmed of leaving the job at the time of recruitment to the study 5) Nurses who are undergoing or undergone any alternative therapies
