Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient willing to participate in the trial. 2 The patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years. 3 Patients having classical features of Amavata like Angamarda(malaise), Aruchi(Anorexia), Trishna(excessive thirst), Alasya(laziness), Gaurava(heaviness of body), Jwara(fever), Apaka(indigestion), Angashoonata(swelling). 4 Pt. who is taking anti inflammatory(analgesics) will be included after a washout period of 7days provided they are diagnosed with RA in last 1 year. 5 The patients should fulfil the 2010 ACR(American College of Rheumatology) EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism) criteria for rheumatoid arthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having Severe crippling bone deformity. 2 Pt. who are on DMRDs and Biologicals are not included in study. 3 Patients having another type of arthropathy such as Neoplasm of spine, Gout, Ankylosing spondylitis etc. 4 Patients having associated Cardiac disease, Pulmonary Tuberculosis. 5 Patients with genetic and endocrinal disorder, chronic disorder like Paralysis, Cancer, Renal failure, Hepatic failure. 6 H/O of hypersensitivity of any trial drug. Patients taking antibiotic therapy for any systemic illness within 2 months. 7 Pregnant women and lactating mother.
