Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)Patients suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis (ICD-10 code: J32.9) since last 3 months or more. b)Diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis based on AAO-HNS diagnostics criteria. c)Age between 18-65 years d)Patients of either sex e)Literate patients; ability to read English, Hindi and/or Bengali f)Providing written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a)Underwent major ENT surgery within last 6 month. b)Cases with complications of CRS. c)Insisting on or need of surgical intervention d) Vulnerable population - unconscious, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people e) Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure. f) Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers. g) Substance abuse and/or dependence. h) Self-reported immune-compromised state. i) Already undergoing homeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 6 months.
