Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having length of ICU stay >72 hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having acute coronary syndrome 2. Patients with acute burn injuries 3. Patients with terminal cancers 4. Patients on mechanical ventilation after elective surgery
