Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 180 Non-repetitive clinical samples such as blood, urine, respiratory samples, tissue, pus, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), ascetic fluid etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical isolates from repeat cultures performed during in-patient follow-up that were previously recruited into the study

1. To evaluate in vitro susceptibility of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbactam against gram positive and gram negative bacteria 2. Antibiotic sensitivity of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbatam in extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)- and metallo-beta-lactamse (MBL)-producing isolates.Timepoint: 1. Minimum inhibitory concentration of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbactam against gram positive and gram negative bacteria using E-Test Method 2. Minimum inhibitory concentration of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbactam in gram negative bacteria extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)- and metallo-beta-lactamse (MBL)-producing isolates.

To evaluate in vitro susceptibility of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbactam compared to other broad spectrum antibiotics such as Amoxycillin clavulanate, Cefotaxime, Piperacillin Tazobactam, Cefipime against gram positive and gram negative bacteria.Timepoint: To evaluate minimum inhibitory concentration of Ceftriaxone alone and Ceftriaxone in combination with Tazobactam and Sulbactam against gram positive and gram negative bacteria using E-Test Method broad spectrum antibiotics such as Amoxycillin clavulanate, Cefotaxime, Piperacillin Tazobactam, Cefipime against gram positive and gram negative bacteria
