Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons having age between 60 years to 75 years with loco motor disabilities (commonest in all geriatric disabilities) will be included in the present study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons having diseases like IHD, diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases, skin diseases, asthma, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, malignancy, and edema of any cause will be excluded because either they are contraindicated for the Matra Basti or they add additional disabilities as compared to that caused by natural ageing.
