Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antenatal women 1.Between 18-35 years of age with 16-24 weeks of gestation, irrespective of gravidity 2.With normal course of pregnancy 3.With all 5 selected pregnancy discomforts in second trimester 4.Who can read Malayalam or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatal women • With any medical or obstetrical complications • With multiple pregnancy
