Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-III Glassgow coma scale 15 Intacrainial and spinal meningioma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to sign consent Pregnancy Known allergy to any anaesthetic drugs Glassgow coma scale Obesity(body mass index >30) History of drug or alcohol abuse
