Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Elderly patients (age=60 years) scheduled to undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia. - Patients with ASA physical status classification I, II, III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients having contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulopathy, local infection, allergy to local anesthetic). - Patients having marked spinal deformity and history of previous spinal surgery. - Patients having BMI=30. - Patients unwilling to participate.
