Intervention1: BILATERAL CONTINOUS AND INTERMITTENT THETA BURST MAGNETIC STIMULATION: iTBS and cTBS will
be delivered in two sessions per day first in left and then right DLPFC area more than half an

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Mania, according to International Classification of Diseases-10 Diagnostic Criteria for Research (ICD-10) 2. Patients aged between 18-59 years. 3. Patients giving written informed consent. 4. Right handed, Normo-tensive patient. 5. Moderate to severe illness :Baseline YMRS Score > 26
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological disorders with history of epilepsy, organic brain damage or any neurological procedures. 2. Subjects with pacemakers or other metal parts in the body. 3. Subjects who have received ECT in past 6 months. 4. Any co morbid psychosis or substance use disorders except nicotine and caffeine (as per ICD-10 DCR) 5. Significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated diabetes mellitus or any organ failure.
