Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Both genders of age between 18-60 years. • Body Mass index >25 Kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any overt psychopathology. History of severe personality disorders

MeasureTime frame
Personality traits based humanistic therapy with calorie restriction diet along with moderate intensity physical activity will be more beneficial than calorie restriction diet and moderate intensity physical activity alone in improving body composition, anthropometric parameters and metabolic parametersTimepoint: Body composition, anthropometric parameters and biochemical parameters will be measured at baseline and at three months. Body composition and anthropometric measures will be measured at 1.5 months.
