Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Human participants (healthy volunteers or patients coming to Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal or Kasturba Medical college /Hospitals, who have received the two doses of COVID19 vaccination (Covaxin or Covishield) and volunteer to participate after oral and written informed consent will be included Participants should be between the ages of 18-60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not vaccinated will be excluded Participants who have received the 2nd dose of Covishield or Covaxin 2 week before will be excluded. Participants presenting with any immunocompromised condition, genetic abnormalities related to IgA, pregnant and lactating females; patients undergoing any chemotherapy, radiation therapy; Patients on corticosteroids, antiviral therapy, immunomodulators will be excluded.
