Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult male/female in the age group of 15-25 years. 2. Bilateral extraction of maxillary first pre-molars. 3. Orthodontic patients with levelling and alignment completed in maxillary arch. 4. Patient with periodontally sound dentition 5. No systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of craniofacial anomalies. 2. History of bleeding disorders. 3. Presence of any signs and symptoms of gingival and periodontal diseases. 4. More than 3 months use of analgesics, phenytoin, cyclosporine, anti-inflammatory drugs, systemic corticosteroids, and calcium channel blockers. 5. Active Metabolic Bone Disease.
