Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-III Glassgow coma scale 15 Craniotomy for supratentorial expanding lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to sign consent Pregnancy Known allergy to any anaesthetic drugs Glassgow coma scale <15
