Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective posterior spinal surgeries under general anaesthesia. Patient who will give written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA physical status 3 and 4 Age 65 years BMI >30 Patient associated with arrythmia, vavular heart disease, ischemic heart disease, hemodynamically unstable patient. Patient with traumatic brain injury, chest injuries, abdominal injuries. Pregnant and lactating mothers. GCS <10 and patient who will be on mechanical ventilation.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Successful perioperative maintenance of anesthesia successful recovery within early post operative period.Timepoint: Total perioperative period and initial postoperative period

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Successful evaluation of degree of intraoperative hemodynamic stability in respect to heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Successful evaluation of postoperative recovery profile in respect to extubation time (ET) , fast track recovery criteria, modified aldrete score. Timepoint: Total perioperative period and initial postoperative period
