Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.New patients of Diabetes mellitus 2.Patients having age 18-60 years of either sex 3.Patients having clinical features of Diabetes mellitus (Prameha) 4.FBS >126 mg/dl upto 200mg/dl 5.PPBS >200mg/dl upto 300mg/dl 7.HbA1c >6% 8.Non Insulin Dependent Diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) 9.Patient willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Insulin Dependent Diabetes mellitus(IDDM) 2.Major complications like Diabetic neuropathy, cardiomyopathy, diabetic foot, diabetic retinopathy, carbuncle etc. 3.Patients having cancer and other associated major diseases 4.Patients having age 70 years 5.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
