Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women between 30 – 59 years of age Adult women with mild to moderate risk factors of non communicable diseases Women who are willing to enroll in nurse led women wellness hub Women available at the time of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult women with severe medical illness Adult women with known Non Communicable Diseases under medical treatment Adult women who are pregnant and or conceived during the period of study Adult women with physically and mentally challenged
