Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients giving written and informed consent will be taken All patients with complex anal fistula 1 High trans sphincteric fistula (external sphincter involved >30%) 2 Suprasphincteric fistula 3 Horseshoe fistula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of anorectal abscess 2 Simple fistula 3 Low interpshincteric fistula 4 Low trans-sphincteric fistula(external sphincter involves 5 Extra sphincteric fistula 6 Secondary fistula â??tuberculosis, crohns disease, malignancy, HIV 7 Patient not giving consent
