Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIV Negative control group: Age above 18 years, negative by HIV Screening test. PLHIV: Age above 18 years, CD4 T cell counts and HIV viral loads Willing to participate with written Informed consent and willing informed consent and willing to provide samples at the stipulated time intervals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who withdraw or are lost to follow up after the first sample.
